Job Title: Sales and Marketing Personnel

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in target markets, focusing on Aviation, Urban Security, Border Security, and Port Safety sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success in achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans, including digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to guide sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent MDE and promote our solutions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and marketing efforts, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Good knowledge of Aviation, Urban Security, Border Security, and Port Safety sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to identify opportunities and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
- Ability to lead and inspire a sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Environment:
This position will be located in our Accra office. Some travel may be required to meet with clients, attend conferences, or visit other company locations.
